Business Advisory & Planning

Good records are only useful if someone reads them with you. We sit down with business owners through the year, not just at tax time, to look at what the numbers say and plan the next move.

Reporting you can act on

Regular financial statements with a plain-English review: where the money came from, where it went, and what changed since last quarter.

Cash flow and budget projections for a new location, a piece of equipment, or a slow season.

Planning ahead

Year-end tax planning so there are no surprises in April: estimated payments, timing of purchases, and retirement contributions.

Entity questions. Whether to form an LLC, elect S corporation status, or stay a sole proprietor is a tax question as much as a legal one, and we walk through it with you.

Starting, buying, or selling a business, and getting the records in order for a lender.

Business Advisory & Planning: common questions

Do I need to be a bookkeeping client to get advice?
No. Many owners come in once or twice a year with their own records for a planning session.
Should my business be an LLC or an S corporation?
It depends on your income, how you pay yourself, and your plans for the business. We go through the numbers for your situation rather than giving a one-size-fits-all answer.

Come in or call with any questions.

We are at 5720 Fleet Avenue in Slavic Village. Walk in during office hours, call (216) 883-7411, or send us a note and we will get back to you.
