About us
Three generations on Fleet Avenue
Commercial Enterprises has been a family-owned and operated accounting and tax service since 1952. This is the short version of how that happened.

1952
Henry Domzalski Sr. opens the office
Commercial Enterprises was founded in 1952 by Henry Domzalski Sr. as a neighborhood accounting and tax practice, serving the families and storefront businesses of Cleveland’s southeast side.
Second generation
Henry Jr., Thomas, and Jeffrey
Henry Sr.’s three sons, Henry Jr., Thomas, and Jeffrey, continued the practice, growing it from individual returns into full bookkeeping, payroll, and business services while keeping the same desk-side way of working with clients.
Third generation
Benjamin Domzalski
Today the firm is in its third generation with Benjamin Domzalski, preparing returns for the grandchildren of clients his grandfather served, from the same block of Fleet Avenue.
How we work
The same way since the first desk
In person
Returns are prepared across a desk, with you in the chair. You leave knowing what is on the return and why.
Year after year
The preparer who did your return will be here when the letter comes in July. Continuity is the whole point of a family firm.
Plain language
We explain what the numbers mean and what your options are, without jargon and without pressure.
Come in or call with any questions.
We are at 5720 Fleet Avenue in Slavic Village. Walk in during office hours, call (216) 883-7411, or send us a note and we will get back to you.
