Bookkeeping

Full bookkeeping services

Monthly or quarterly bookkeeping: recording transactions, reconciling bank and credit card statements, tracking receivables and payables, and producing a balance sheet and income statement you can actually read.

1099 preparation at year end, and the schedules your lender or insurer asks for.

Setup and cleanup. If the books are months behind or were never really kept, we rebuild them from the bank statements and get you current.

Sales tax

If you sell goods or taxable services in Ohio, you collect sales tax and file with the Ohio Department of Taxation on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual schedule. We register your vendor’s license, prepare and file the returns, keep track of the county rates that apply to your sales, and handle use tax on purchases that slipped through untaxed.
